What you’ll do
- Lead and manage corporate tax compliance engagements
- Review federal, state, and local tax returns and ASC 740 provisions
- Oversee multi‑state tax filings, nexus analysis, and tax planning
- Manage tax audits and coordinate with authorities
- Drive automation and standardization of tax processes
- Mentor and develop managers, seniors, and associates
What you’ll bring
- 14+ years U.S. corporate tax compliance
- CPA or CA certification
- Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions
- Multi‑state tax compliance expertise
- Proficiency in tax software (OneSource, CCH Axcess, GoSystem)
- Leadership of client engagements and teams
