What you’ll do
- Supervise and manage assigned corporate client portfolio
- Lead due diligence, structuring and documentation for transactions
- Conduct forward-looking credit analysis and financial modeling
- Exercise credit approval authority
- Interact with coverage teams, product bankers, credit executives and legal counsel
- Review credit and regulatory reporting requirements
- Mentor junior risk team members
- Track market and industry developments
What you’ll bring
- Minimum 6 years credit or market risk experience in corporate/institutional banking
- Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Investment or related field
