What you’ll do
- Monitor daily technical operations
- Coordinate supply of electrical, plumbing, carpentry materials
- Ensure compliance with fire, health and safety regulations
- Inspect building and raise tickets for snags
- Prepare weekly/monthly M&E reports
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee billing, invoicing and forecast adherence
- Handle procurement and vendor quotations
What you’ll bring
