• Analyze and translate technical notes into actionable configuration data
• Maintain and digitalize offer data within configuration tools
• Track and manage data update requests using Jira
• Prepare use cases to validate data accuracy and completeness
• Provide user guides and functional support to internal and customer teams
• Collaborate with software development teams to validate outputs and resolve issues
