About the role

EY Global Delivery Services seeks a Senior Appian Developer to lead the design and development of state-of-the-art business process applications using the Appian BPM platform. The role involves hands-on implementation, technical leadership within Agile teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables for global clients. This position is based in multiple Indian locations including Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Pune, with a Hybrid work model.

What you’ll do

Architect and design Appian applications
Lead team efforts, provide support, and manage task progress
Participate in Scrum ceremonies and status updates
Execute design, development, QA, deployment, and support
Update technical architecture, design, and unit test cases
Build technical assets and accelerators
Ensure adherence to quality protocols and EY policies
Develop productive relationships with client personnel

What you’ll bring

B.E/B.Tech or MCA degree
4-7 years of relevant experience
Hands-on Appian Process Models, SAIL, Web API, and Reporting
Experience with BPMS implementations (process/form design, rules, CDTs)
Understanding of BPMN, XML, XSD, and Appian best practices
Hands-on PL/SQL and relational database knowledge
Knowledge of REST APIs integrations
Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Nice to have

Java/J2EE platform knowledge
Experience with Big 4 or panelled SI/ITeS companies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to build technical assets and accelerators
