About the role
Cloud Engineering team at Netrix Global delivers endpoint management solutions at scale. The Cloud Engineer II acts as SME for JAMF Pro and Intune, designing, implementing and operating Windows and macOS lifecycle management, compliance baselines, patching and integration reporting. Works remotely supporting customers across US business hours (CST) from Pune, India, collaborating with senior engineers and delivery leads.
What you’ll do
- Design and maintain scalable configurations for Windows and macOS fleets
- Define and enforce compliance baselines via JAMF and Intune policies
- Implement automated compliance monitoring and remediation workflows
- Own macOS and Windows patching lifecycle and reporting
- Troubleshoot deployment, compliance and integration issues
- Collaborate with senior engineers and delivery leads on customer outcomes
- Provide technical lead for incident response and proactive maintenance
- Document processes and produce compliance reports
What you’ll bring
- 6-10 years endpoint management (JAMF Pro/Intune)
- Advanced JAMF Pro administration
- Intune Windows lifecycle management
- Strong troubleshooting of enrollment, policy and patching
- Experience with scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with API integrations
- Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and Conditional Access
- MSP or multi-tenant managed services experience
