About the role
Lloyds Offshore Global Services team seeks a Technical Application Specialist to enhance Workday HCM solutions. The role designs, configures, and maintains Workday business processes, builds EIB integrations, and acts as SME for stakeholders. What you’ll do
- Configure and maintain Workday business processes across modules
- Design and execute Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert
- Develop notifications, alerts, and Workday cards for event communication
- Participate in change request reviews, testing, and deployment planning
- Stay current with Workday roadmap and drive continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
- 2-6 years overall experience in HR systems
- 2+ years hands‑on Workday HCM implementation
- Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM core modules
- Experience with Time & Absence, Benefits or Performance modules
- Familiarity with VNDLY, HiredScore or Workday Planning a plus
- Workday certification desirable
