Senior Associate, .NET/React

About the role

IT Department at Davies builds secure, scalable digital products for enterprise clients. As a Senior Associate you will design, develop and maintain .NET Core and React applications, collaborate with architects and product owners, and contribute to Agile ceremonies and CI/CD pipelines. Pune, hybrid work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement C#/.NET Core services and React front‑ends
• Develop APIs, microservices and event‑driven components
• Write clean, testable code following SOLID and secure coding practices
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Collaborate with product owners, QA engineers and senior developers to deliver features
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
