The Study Manager, Mechanical Lead drives mechanical scope delivery across feasibility, conceptual and pre‑FEED studies, overseeing calculations, drawings, risk assessments and cross‑team collaboration while ensuring compliance with ASME, API and ISO standards. What you’ll do

Lead mechanical scopes across multiple studies
Monitor scope progress and prepare management reports
Review engineering calculations, drawings and specifications
Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments and cost estimates
Collaborate with process, structural, electrical and instrumentation teams
Provide technical support during procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning
Ensure compliance with industry codes and company procedures
Prepare mechanical input for study reports and lead coordination meetings

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering
10-15 years mechanical engineering experience in oil & gas
Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS
Knowledge of ASME, API, ISO standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast‑paced environment
Experience with project management coordination
Flexibility for ad‑hoc travel within India and abroad
