About the role

As an Associate, you review research requests, identify and recruit the best experts, screen their suitability, and build strong relationships across the organization. Mumbai, hybrid work model with on‑site days at the Mumbai office.

- Review and analyze client research requests
- Identify relevant subject‑matter experts across geographies and industries
- Recruit new advisors via phone, LinkedIn, and outreach
- Screen experts for suitability and create professional profiles
- Maintain strong relationships with Guidepoint employees, offices, and advisors
