About the role

The Senior AWS Data Engineer designs, builds, and optimizes scalable data ingestion and ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, and DMS, ensuring production readiness and high‑volume processing. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid model with occasional remote days.
What you’ll do
- Develop ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services
- Implement direct‑to‑Aurora ingestion for snapshots and delta loads
- Ensure referential integrity, idempotency, and recovery mechanisms
- Build monitoring, validation, and reconciliation frameworks
- Manage scalability and throughput for high‑volume ingestion
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years data engineering
- Expert-level SQL development
- Proficiency in Python and PySpark
- Hands‑on AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, DMS
