About the role
Senior BIM Modeler – Electrical & ELV at Deerns Spectrum Pvt. Ltd. The role builds and coordinates detailed BIM models for electrical and ELV systems in data‑center projects, ensuring compliance with LOD and client standards. The modeler works onsite in Thane, Mumbai, collaborating with HVAC, plumbing, and architectural teams to produce clash‑free CSDs and quantity take‑offs.

What you’ll bring
- 3–5 years BIM modelling
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
