About the role
Infrastructure Transformation Practice at PwC focuses on improving delivery of complex capital projects through governance, project controls, and digital enablement. The Associate will design and manage governance structures, track schedules, analyze performance trends, and build Power BI and Microsoft Fabric dashboards to support client PMOs. Gurgaon, on-site, hybrid flexibility with up to 50% travel per month.
What you’ll do
- Design and manage governance structures and executive reporting
- Support PMO operations and improve decision‑making frameworks
- Maintain project registers and progress monitoring mechanisms
- Track schedules, milestones and analyze performance trends
- Implement digital solutions and build Power BI/Microsoft Fabric dashboards
- Collaborate with client PMOs, contractors and stakeholders
- Support day‑to‑day client interactions and project delivery
What you’ll bring
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- hands‑on implementation in live capital projects
- PMO governance and project controls experience
- digital transformation and dashboard implementation
- Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Advanced Excel proficiency
