About the role
The Management Information Analyst supports the data and reporting function within the Know Your Customer Operations team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Day-to-day, the role delivers accurate management information, maintains reporting systems, analyses operational data, and provides insights to support strategic decision-making. The analyst works closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to meet reporting requirements, drive continuous improvement, and support technology and process enhancements.

What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or management information functions.
- Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with C# development.
