About the role

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to support the implementation of the Oracle Cloud Service Delivery (CSD) framework for the Human Capital Management (HCM) domain. The role focuses on configuring and customizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) components to deliver end‑to‑end HCM solutions. The consultant will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, gather business requirements, design integration flows, and conduct unit and system testing. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud, OIC, and VBCS, along with experience in data migration, process automation, and user training, is essential. The position offers an opportunity to work on high‑impact projects for a leading consulting firm in Bangalore, contributing to digital transformation initiatives and ensuring best‑practice delivery.
