About the role

Modelzoo team at NXP Semiconductors builds AI inference solutions for specialized hardware. The Senior Software Engineer implements model optimizations, focusing on quantization and performance tuning, and ports deep learning models from PyTorch/TensorFlow to accelerator platforms. Hyderabad, on-site, full-time, relocation available.

What you’ll do

• Port and deploy deep learning models to accelerator hardware
• Analyze and improve model latency and throughput
• Implement quantization techniques to reduce model size
• Profile and debug inference pipelines
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams

What you’ll bring

• 2-3 years experience
• Proficiency with PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Strong C++ and Python skills
• Experience deploying models on GPUs or accelerators
• Knowledge of model quantization (INT8)
• Familiarity with CUDA/cuDNN
• Understanding of computer architecture
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Electrical Engineering

Nice to have

• Hardware-aware model design
• Compiler technologies for deep learning
• Real-time or embedded systems experience
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• CI/CD pipelines for ML models
