Assistant Manager/Manager/AVP - Retail Leasing

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Retail Leasing professional to drive strategic growth of its Retail business in India. The role focuses on building revenue pipelines, winning marquee mandates, and strengthening senior-level client relationships through transaction execution and market advisory. This is an on-site position based in Gurgaon or Bengaluru.

What you’ll do

• Achieve individual revenue targets and contribute to Retail Services business growth
• Develop new business opportunities with developers, landlords, and retailers
• Manage retail leasing transactions from mandate acquisition to deal closure
• Deliver market insights, location recommendations, and leasing strategies
• Track retail market trends, tenant demand, and competitive activity
• Prepare client presentations, market reports, and leasing recommendations
