About the role

Quest Global's engineering team builds scalable backend solutions for global clients. The Java Backend Engineer designs and develops microservices using Java and Spring Boot, creates RESTful APIs, and deploys applications on cloud platforms while collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps teams. Pune, India, on-site.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop scalable backend systems in Java
• Build and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs
• Deploy applications on AWS, PCF, or other cloud platforms
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
• Contribute to internal culture initiatives
