Technical Lead

About the role

Aristocrat's Technical Lead within the online Digital Gaming team ensures flawless testing of iGaming games, crafting test plans, strategies, and execution across manual and automated suites. You will analyze test approaches, conduct functional and non-functional tests, estimate activities, collaborate globally, mentor juniors, resolve technical issues, and handle performance testing. Based in Noida, UP, IN, this full-time hybrid role requires 5-7 years of experience.

What you’ll do

• Member of online Digital Gaming team ensuring flawless execution of testing iGaming games
• Develop comprehensive test planning documentation from requirement specifications
• Establish and implement a robust test strategy for both manual and automated test suites
• Analyze and determine the best manual test approaches for functional, compliance, acceptance, integration, installation, and system testing
• Conduct functional and non-functional tests ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Provide accurate estimates for various test activities
• Collaborate effectively with teams across the globe to drive project success
• Train and mentor junior team members, encouraging a culture of growth and excellence

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of extensive experience in Manual Closed system testing with a proven track record of excellence
• Demonstrated experience working within the iGaming domain, testing game developments for online and handheld markets
• Ability to work closely with QA Managers and QA team leads to prepare and accomplish detailed test plans
• Experience in HTML5, JavaScript, Typescript, and C# with a passion for testing highly robust applications
• Strong understanding of mobile devices and web applications
• Extensive knowledge of JIRA and other test management tools
• Exposure to Agile methodology and effective communication with collaborators
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills to support team development
