What you’ll do
- Define technical roadmap for ML and AI across product lifecycle
- Architect and implement sub‑agent systems with safety and trust safeguards
- Establish modeling, evaluation, and experimentation standards
- Ship high‑leverage models from prototype to production
- Guide data foundation and knowledge‑layer agents with privacy stewardship
- Partner with senior product and engineering leaders on strategy
- Mentor staff and principal data scientists, set hiring standards
- Drive technical decisions on feature pipelines and model monitoring
What you’ll bring
- 12+ years experience
- Advanced degree in quantitative field preferred
- Deep expertise in ML and deep learning
- Architectural knowledge of agentic AI systems
- Strong causal inference and experimental design skills
- Production ML at petabyte scale
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Leadership and mentorship experience
