About the role

Data Management team at Accenture builds self‑service analytics platforms that ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance. The specialist designs and automates data pipelines, creates Power BI dashboards, and transforms unstructured data using Alteryx and Power Automate while collaborating with senior stakeholders. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with opportunities to lead small teams and drive data governance initiatives.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and solve moderately complex data problems
• Develop scalable data storage and reporting solutions
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards aligned with business objectives
• Automate data workflows using Alteryx and Power Automate
• Conduct UAT testing and ensure data quality before deployment
• Prioritize incoming requests and manage deliverables timelines
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate small project teams

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years data engineering experience
• Advanced Power BI with complex DAX
• Alteryx Designer workflow automation
• AWS data platform knowledge
• Strong Excel/VBA and Power Automate skills
• Experience handling unstructured data
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
