AVP Service Delivery, RCM US-Healthcare

About the role

Neolytix Service Delivery team leads end-to-end revenue cycle management for US healthcare providers. The AVP owns delivery outcomes across collections, AR, denials, patient access and credentialing across a multi‑hundred, multi‑country organization, driving automation, quality systems and offshore US‑shift retention. Gurugram, India, onsite 5 days a week on a US shift, direct visibility to COO and CEO.

What you’ll do

• Own delivery outcomes across all service lines and geographies
• Lead and develop multi‑layer management organization
• Drive retention on offshore US‑shift floor
• Design and calibrate quality audit systems
• Serve as senior operational face to US provider clients
• Drive automation and platform‑enabled workflow improvements
• Run operating cadence from daily huddles to executive reviews

What you’ll bring

• 14-18 years US healthcare RCM operations
• 5+ years leading management layers
• Experience leading multi‑tower delivery spans (AR/denials, patient access, credentialing)
• Hands‑on leadership of offshore US‑shift operations
• Direct ownership of quality audit design and calibration
• Executive presence with US provider clients
