About the role

BSI seeks a Financial Analyst in New Delhi to support the Senior APAC Finance Planning & Analysis Manager. The role involves leading FP&A activities for India, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to drive decision-making. This full-time position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and reporting accuracy.

What you’ll do

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the India business
• Support business partners with budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Develop financial models and perform analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate business opportunities
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending mitigation plans
• Prepare accurate month-end reporting and management presentations
• Collaborate with APAC FP&A teams to improve reporting quality

What you’ll bring

• 3+ years' experience in FP&A, business analysis, or management accounting within a multinational organisation
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen

Nice to have

• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Hyperion, Salesforce, and Power BI
• Demonstrated project management skills and awareness of emerging technologies including AI and digital finance tools
