Business Analyst - Associate Manager

About the role

Iris Software seeks a Business Analyst - Associate Manager to support the business/product owner in translating customer insights into User Stories for short Sprints. Day-to-day work includes eliciting and documenting business requirements, defining story value and acceptance criteria, collaborating with stakeholders to build alignment, and mentoring analysts on tools and techniques. The role is based in Gurugram, HR, India.

What you’ll do

• Supports the business/product owner in translating customer insights into User Stories for short Sprints
• Collaborates with key stakeholders to complete required artefacts and build team alignment
• Supports Developers, Analysts, and Quality Engineers in understanding product needs to deliver on commitments
• Works with the Product Owner/Business to elicit, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a focus on value delivery
• Assists the Product Owner/Business in defining and owning the value definition of Stories, including facilitating backlog prioritisation
• Translates end user/customer insights into Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria understandable by the Development Team
• Partners with stakeholders and Product Owners to articulate product vision, document problem/opportunity, and define desired future states using outcomes as success measures
• Provides guidance to Analysts, including training and mentoring on tools and techniques
