Associate Manager, .Net Fullstack Angular

About the role

Iris Software is seeking an Associate Manager for its .Net Fullstack Angular team, driving the creation of new applications and modernization of existing ones using .NET/C# and Angular. The role leads a group of developers, collaborates closely on design and delivery, and independently drives technical decisions while applying AI tools responsibly to enhance quality and speed. Based in Noida, UP, India, this is an on‑site position.

What you’ll do

• Lead development of new .NET/C# applications and APIs
• Modernize existing applications using Angular front‑end
• Collaborate with a team of developers on design and delivery
• Provide technical leadership and raise coding standards
• Integrate AI tools like GitHub Copilot responsibly
• Drive cloud deployment on Azure and manage infrastructure as code
• Ensure quality through TDD and automated testing

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years software engineering experience
• Strong .NET/C# development
• Angular and TypeScript UI expertise
• Azure cloud services (App Service, Functions, SQL, etc.)
• DevOps with Git CI/CD pipelines
• Terraform or IaC experience
• Python or PowerShell scripting
• Test‑driven development (TDD)
