About the role

Support Engineer on the Service Office team at Trading Technologies, supporting the global TT trading platform. Provides technical support, investigates client issues, and mentors junior engineers within a follow‑the‑sun model. Ahmedabad, India, hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

What you’ll bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics or related field
Technical support or fintech experience preferred
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Understanding of operating systems and networking fundamentals
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) or FIX connectivity a plus
Ability to mentor or coach colleagues
