About the role

YASH Technologies' Power Platform team builds low‑code and custom solutions to streamline complex business processes. The Senior Power Platform Application Developer leads design, development, and integration of Canvas and Model‑Driven apps, automates workflows, and creates custom extensions. Based in Pune, India with on‑site work, the role collaborates with senior stakeholders to drive governance and best‑practice adoption across the enterprise.

What you’ll do

• Lead end‑to‑end design and development of enterprise Power Apps solutions
• Design and implement robust Power Automate workflows and process automation
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SAP, Azure services, and enterprise APIs
• Develop custom Dataverse extensions and front‑end components using JavaScript and PCF
• Advise senior business stakeholders on solution design, governance, and best practices
• Own Power Platform governance, security roles, DLP policies, and ALM processes

What you’ll bring

• 12-15 years professional experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Proficiency with Power Automate workflow design
• Experience integrating Power Apps with SAP, Dataverse, Azure, SQL, SharePoint
• Strong knowledge of Power BI embedded capabilities
• Ability to develop custom extensions using JavaScript, PCF controls, and Dataverse plug‑ins
