Housekeeping Executive

About the role

Housekeeping team at The Hoxton Bengaluru City ensures guest rooms meet brand standards and deliver memorable experiences. The Housekeeping Executive leads and inspires the housekeeping staff, oversees cleaning of rooms and public areas, and partners with the Executive Housekeeper and external provider. Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, on-site with hybrid schedule as needed.

What you’ll do

• Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms to brand standards
• Lead and inspire the housekeeping team, fostering development and high performance
• Train and support staff to maintain high standards
• Oversee cleaning of all bedrooms and public areas
• Collaborate with Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Manager on external provider partnership
