Senior Associate Director - Finance Business Analysis

About the role

EY’s Finance Business Analysis team seeks a Senior Associate Director in Bengaluru to act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders. The role involves delivering performance insights, supporting planning cycles, and driving data-driven decisions through advanced modeling and reporting. This is an on-site position based in Bengaluru.

What you’ll do

• Act as trusted finance partner to Service Line, Markets, or CBS leadership teams
• Deliver high-quality weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting and insights
• Support planning, forecasting, and budgeting cycles by translating strategy into financial plans
• Analyze revenue, margin, cost, and productivity trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Provide scenario modeling and option analysis to support leadership decisions
• Partner with colleagues to improve reporting solutions and automate routine outputs
• Prepare leadership presentations using clear storytelling for decision-ready insight
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to building finance capability

What you’ll bring

• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline
• Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in FP&A, business analysis, or commercial finance
• Proven ability to deliver performance reporting and financial analysis
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Relevant professional qualification (preferred)
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
