Senior Engineer, EMS & AI Automation

About the role

Parallel Wireless RAN Innovation team builds AI‑assisted automation for network device configuration and fault management. The Senior Engineer designs and develops Go microservices, MongoDB schemas, and Kafka event flows to enable high‑availability, multi‑replica RAN device operations. Works on‑site in Pune, collaborating with telecom domain experts to integrate AI coding assistants throughout the SDLC.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement Go microservices for device configuration and fault management
• Develop MongoDB schemas and efficient queries for sharded clusters
• Create event‑driven Kafka flows for network state changes
• Ensure high‑availability and concurrency safety across services
• Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and enforce performance standards
• Debug production issues using logs, metrics, and tracing
• Integrate AI coding assistants for code generation, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on telecom protocol adapters

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years software development
• 3+ years Go (Golang)
• Strong Go concurrency patterns
• Experience with MongoDB NoSQL
• Kafka or similar messaging systems
• Designing RESTful APIs in microservices
• AI‑assisted development tool usage
• Telecom domain experience (RAN, EMS/NMS)
