Functional Analyst, SAP HCM

About the role

Application Services team at Airbus India delivers SAP solutions for aircraft manufacturing. The Functional Analyst designs, configures and supports SAP HCM modules, conducts client workshops, creates functional specs and prototypes, and leads testing and cut‑over activities. Bangalore, on-site, hybrid schedule possible.

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyze business requirements with functional heads
• Configure SAP HCM to industry standards and create functional specifications
• Demonstrate configurations through prototyping and support UAT
• Provide status reports to Project Manager and mentor junior consultants
• Deliver ad‑hoc training and user support
• Perform testing, cut‑over activities and incident handling

What you’ll bring

• 6-7 years SAP HCM consulting experience
• 1-2 end‑to‑end HCM implementations
• Strong knowledge of PA, OM, PD, ESS/MSS and authorizations
• Hands‑on inbound/outbound interface experience
• Familiarity with LSMW and data migration
• Proficient in standard HCM configuration
• Superior written and verbal communication
• Customer‑facing skills with European clients
