What you’ll do
- Manage delivery excellence across multiple teams
- Lead customer relationship and technical meetings
- Oversee hiring, career development, and team engagement
- Ensure timely, high‑quality project deliveries
- Act as primary project leader and stakeholder liaison
- Drive weekly and monthly technical syncs
- Resolve internal conflicts and support capability development
- Coordinate operational support for hiring and training
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years relevant experience
- Bachelors in Mechanical or Masters in Thermal Engineering
- Strong knowledge of heat transfer and aero engines
- Domain expertise in gas turbines
- Proficient with MSC Patran, ANSYS NGT, Hypermesh
- Experience in thermal model conversion and validation
- CFD analysis experience
- Japanese N3/N4 certification advantageous
