About the role

AI Specialist SA team at AWS India builds technical relationships and guides customers in adopting GenAI/ML and Agentic technologies. The Senior AI Solution Architect designs cloud‑native GenAI/ML architectures, creates reference content, and leads workshops to operationalize large‑scale AI solutions. Bengaluru office, on-site work model, with opportunities to influence AWS roadmap and mentor engineering teams.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain technical relationships with customers to drive GenAI/ML adoption
• Design and implement cloud‑native GenAI/ML and Agentic architectural patterns
• Create and share best‑practice content, whitepapers, and reference architectures
• Lead technical workshops, deep‑dives, and mentorship for engineering teams
• Act as voice of the customer influencing AWS GenAI/ML roadmap
• Develop reusable code samples and technical assets
• Ensure solutions meet security, cost, performance, and reliability goals
• Guide customers in production deployment of AI workloads

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications
• 5+ years managing technical, enterprise customer‑facing resources
• 5+ years building large‑scale machine learning and AI solutions
• Experience deploying LLMs on GPUs, Neuron, TPU or other AI acceleration hardware
• Hands‑on experience with AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker
• Developing Retrieval‑Augmented Generation using embeddings and vector stores
• Deep expertise in GenAI/ML and Agentic technologies
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, ML or related field
