About the role
Lloyds Technology Centre – the new technology hub in Hyderabad – drives transformation for Lloyds Banking Group’s customers. The Senior Technical Application Specialist leads complex Pega projects, mentors junior developers, and designs micro‑journeys and case‑management solutions while ensuring security and integration standards. Hyderabad office, hybrid schedule with remote days, relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Deliver complex Pega projects on budget and schedule
- Mentor and coach junior team members
- Design and develop case‑management and micro‑journey solutions
- Create and maintain REST/SOAP integration services
- Ensure application security and compliance
- Monitor performance using PAL, PDC, DB Trace
- Debug issues using Clipboard, Tracer, Live UI
- Contribute to IT security policy development
What you’ll bring
- 8-12 years Pega development
- CSSA certification (mandatory)
- CLSA or CLSA Part 1 (preferred)
- Design micro‑journeys using case management
- Build REST/SOAP integrations with OpenAPI knowledge
- Implement security: JWT, auth, public‑key cryptography
- Use monitoring tools PAL, PDC, DB Trace
- Debug with Clipboard, Tracer, Live UI
