About the role
Scale Specialist Lead team within Kyndryl’s Migration Services, responsible for tenant‑to‑tenant SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams migrations. Leads technical authority, creates runbooks, supports escalation and wave planning across a global follow‑the‑sun model. Based in Bangalore, India with hybrid work (3 days onsite/2 days remote) covering multiple Indian locations.
What you’ll do
- Act as technical authority for ODSP/Teams migration in assigned region
- Define and maintain migration runbooks, validation gates and remediation playbooks
- Troubleshoot complex migration failures and provide escalation support
- Coordinate with Identity and Entra Apps specialists for access dependencies
- Provide metrics on exceptions and remediation throughput
- Participate in cutover windows for rapid triage and stabilisation
What you’ll bring
- Delivered tenant‑to‑tenant ODSP/Teams content migrations in production
- Deep SharePoint Online/OneDrive expertise including permissions, sharing, metadata
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise migration tooling such as ShareGate or Quest
- Strong runbook discipline and ability to industrialise delivery
- Willingness to align working hours to regional cutovers and support extended hours
Nice to have
- PowerShell/Graph reporting and automation experience
- Microsoft 365 certification alignment in collaboration/admin domains
