Lead Operations Processor

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Operations Processor in Bengaluru, India, to support management in supervising a team and ensuring operational effectiveness. Day-to-day, you will guide less experienced staff, resolve complex escalated issues, prioritize work, and lead or contribute to process and procedure implementations across operation teams. The role requires a night shift schedule from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM and involves collaborating with peers and internal customers while exercising independent judgment on policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

What you’ll do

• Support management in the day-to-day supervision of less experienced team providing guidance, and resolution to issues contributing to overall effectiveness of team
• Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Operations group
• Perform or guide others on complex escalated issues that require planning, evaluation, and interpretation
• Prioritize work and provide daily work leadership and mentorship to team
• Provide training and technical guidance to less experienced staff
• Lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures that require coordination among operation teams
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Serve as a resource to other departments on transaction structure, documentation, and company policies

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• Ability to support management in day-to-day supervision of less experienced team members
• Capability to perform or guide others on complex escalated issues requiring planning, evaluation, and interpretation
• Skill in prioritizing work and providing daily work leadership and mentorship to the team
• Ability to provide training and technical guidance to less experienced staff
• Capacity to lead or contribute to implementation of new or revised processes and procedures requiring coordination among operation teams
• Ability to collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Willingness to work Night Shift - 5:30pm to 2:30am
