About the role
Strategic Projects & TPL Department within the R&D Business Unit drives innovative engineering solutions for industrial equipment. The Senior Officer/Senior Engineer creates 3D models and 2D production drawings, applies GD&T standards, manages BOMs and change notices, and supports subsystem designs. Khadki, Maharashtra, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Develop 3D models and 2D production drawings for pumps, valves, and engines
- Apply GD&T and perform stack‑up analysis on designs
- Manage BOMs, engineering change notices, and product data records
- Maintain complete lifecycle version control of engineering artifacts
- Support heavy engineering sub‑system designs and resolve manufacturing defects
- Review supplier casting, tool prototypes, and machining components
- Design custom assembly fixtures and manufacturing tooling
- Coordinate closely with Quality and Operations teams
What you’ll bring
- 3-8 years engineering experience
- Proficiency with CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA)
- Apply GD&T standards and stack‑up analysis
- Manage product data records, BOMs, and change notices
- Maintain lifecycle version control of designs
- Design custom assembly fixtures and manufacturing tooling
- Review supplier casting, tool prototypes, and machining components
- Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams
