About the role

Global Data and Technology Solutions (GDATs) Engineering team at Cencora builds strategic IT solutions for World Courier. As Test Lead you will define and drive testing strategy, lead a team of testing engineers in India, and embed quality and automation across functional, performance, security and CI/CD pipelines. Pune, hybrid working model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive testing strategy across functional, performance, automation and security testing
• Lead and grow a team of testing engineers in India
• Own test planning, execution and results for multiple concurrent initiatives
• Partner with development, product and architecture teams to embed quality early
• Drive adoption of automation‑first practices and DevSecOps quality controls
• Establish testing standards, metrics and governance
• Manage defect triage, root‑cause analysis and escalations
• Collaborate across global matrixed organization and time zones

What you’ll bring

• 8+ years software quality assurance experience
• 3+ years people management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Hands‑on functional, regression, performance and automation testing
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and shift‑left testing
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture
• Experience in life sciences or logistics domain preferred
