Smiths Detection seeks a Senior Business Analyst & Solution Lead in Bengaluru to drive global manufacturing and quality process optimization. The role combines SAP PP/QM expertise with business analysis to lead digital transformation across SAP ECC and S/4HANA platforms. This full-time position serves as the key link between stakeholders and technology teams to ensure operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and quality processes
• Provide subject matter expertise on SAP PP, QM, and integrations
• Facilitate global design workshops and fit-gap analysis
• Govern development activities, testing cycles, and deployment
• Act as Global Process Owner for Manufacturing and Quality
• Drive process harmonization, standardization, and KPI improvement
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and SAP S/4HANA programs
• Govern AMS providers, SAP partners, and third-party vendors

What you’ll bring

• 12–15 Years SAP Experience as BA
• 8+ Years PP/QM Consulting
• Global Manufacturing Programmes experience
• Expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM)
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Embedded Analytics
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformations
• Strong leadership and executive stakeholder management skills
