About the role
Genpact Experience seeks an Associate – Microsoft Alliances in Bengaluru, India to support the growth and management of its strategic Microsoft partnership. Day-to-day, you will coordinate joint initiatives, track pipeline and co-sell opportunities, maintain alliance trackers and dashboards, support partner programs and incentives, and help execute Microsoft-focused go-to-market activities. The role works closely with Alliance, Sales, Practice, Marketing, and Microsoft teams to drive execution and reporting.
What you’ll do
- Support the Alliance team in managing day-to-day activities related to the Microsoft partnership.
- Coordinate with Microsoft stakeholders and internal teams to track ongoing initiatives and action items.
- Maintain alliance trackers, dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
- Support preparation of regular business reviews and leadership presentations.
- Work with sales and account teams to track Microsoft-related opportunities and pipeline.
- Support participation in Microsoft partner programs, incentives, funding initiatives, and marketplace activities.
- Prepare regular reports on alliance pipeline, revenue, opportunities, certifications, and partner activities.
- Support Microsoft-focused webinars, events, campaigns, workshops, and other go-to-market initiatives.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in partner/alliance management, business development, sales/business operations, technology consulting, account management, or program/project coordination.
- Strong interest in technology partnerships and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Strong Excel/PowerPoint and data reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
- Proactive approach with strong ownership and follow-through.
Nice to have
- Good understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Data & AI, Business Applications, or Security.
- Exposure to Microsoft Partner Center or Microsoft partner programs.
- Understanding of Microsoft's co-sell, marketplace, incentive, or funding programs.
- Experience working with a technology services, consulting, digital transformation, or systems integration organization.
- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, or AI Fundamentals.
- Experience working with CRM, partner management, or pipeline tracking tools.
