About the role
NTT DATA seeks a Senior TS Cross Technology Systems Integration Specialist in Bangalore, India, to lead complex technical implementations across networking, security, and collaboration domains. The role involves installing, integrating, and configuring systems while mentoring junior engineers and managing client escalations. This hybrid position requires advanced expertise in multiple technologies and strong project coordination skills.
What you’ll do
- Install, integrate, deploy, configure, and manage faults in highly complex environments
- Compile technical specifications and create alternative solutions for final decisions
- Coordinate activities of engineers and technicians in line with performance targets
- Interact with clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements
- Act as a coach and mentor to junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians
- Write reports, proposals, and maintain project documentation and SOPs
- Engage vendors for priority escalations or bugs during deployments
- Serve periodically on the customer service desk for third-line support
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computing, or related field
- Advanced work experience in technical implementation engineering
- Expert proficiency in two or more technologies (Networking, Data Centre, Security, etc.)
- Valid CCIE Collaboration Certification required for Collaboration specialization
- Advanced understanding of technical design and business principles
- Strong verbal communication and client engagement skills
Nice to have
- Advanced project management and administration ability
- Ability to coach, mentor, and guide team members
- Experience with specific vendor certifications (e.g., NICE, Avaya, Genesys, HPE, Dell, Cisco)
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, GCP infrastructure and security tools
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell) and automation (Terraform)
