About the role
Product & Test Engineering (PTE) team in Analog Devices' Hearables and Audible Solutions Business Unit develops mixed‑signal audio edge processors and battery‑management power products. The Senior Test Engineer designs innovative probe and test solutions, creates ATE software, defines DFT/BIST, and leads silicon test phases from functionality to high‑volume production. Bangalore, India, on‑site, 1st shift days. 10% travel required.
What you’ll do
- Design innovative probe and test solutions using mixed‑signal/Digital ATE platforms
- Develop ATE software per specifications
- Define and develop DFT/BIST with design team
- Execute test development phases including silicon functionality, characterization, yield analysis, and offshore production release
What you’ll bring
- 5-7 years mixed‑signal or digital test experience
- Knowledge of ATE software development and Teradyne Flex or 93K systems
- Perl/C++ programming skills
- Experience with multi‑site test hardware design and layout
- Ability to release test programs to offshore production
- Proficiency with bench equipment such as oscilloscope and signal generator
- Strong analytical, statistical, and teamwork skills
