Senior Advisor, GenAI Technical Product Management

About the role

TransUnion's AI Platform and Product organization seeks a Senior Advisor to shape and scale enterprise GenAI capabilities, including agentic systems and semantic intelligence. This hybrid role in Bengaluru bridges product vision with engineering execution, defining technical roadmaps for reusable platform services. The position requires deep expertise in LLMs and AI architecture to drive innovation across global business domains.

What you’ll do

• Own key areas of the AI Platform roadmap, defining scalable reusable capabilities like Agentic AI and RAG
• Serve as Technical Product Lead, translating business opportunities into technically actionable engineering requirements
• Define architecture-aligned requirements and non-functional specs such as latency, scalability, and security
• Participate in technical tradeoff discussions regarding LLM deployments, orchestration patterns, and retrieval strategies
• Bridge product vision and engineering execution by partnering with AI Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science teams
• Develop roadmaps and investment cases balancing near-term value with long-term platform strategy
• Engage credibly with Principal Engineers and Architects to influence technical decisions
• Drive TransUnion's long-term AI vision from concept to production across global domains

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years in Technical or Platform Product Management, Software Engineering, or Solution Architecture
• Experience building or managing platform products used by multiple teams
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into executable product roadmaps
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI systems, and RAG
• Understanding of AI inferencing architectures, model hosting, and deployment strategies
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector databases, and knowledge graphs

Nice to have

• Experience launching enterprise AI or machine learning products
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks or agent orchestration tools
• Familiarity with semantic intelligence systems or ontology-driven architectures
• Experience supporting globally distributed engineering organizations
