About the role
Application Development & Support team at Conduent delivers Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions for Fortune 100 clients. The Engineer acts as SME, designs and implements core HR, talent, and payroll modules, builds integrations, and architects reporting. Works hybrid in Bangalore with occasional travel to Hyderabad, leading complex projects and mentoring junior staff.
What you’ll do
- Lead design and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Serve as SME for Core HR, Absence, Talent, Compensation, Security modules
- Design and review integrations with HDL, HCM Extracts, APIs
- Architect reporting solutions with BI Publisher, OTBI
- Conduct quarterly release assessments and impact analysis
- Define application standards, governance, and security
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with Oracle support
- Review junior consultants' deliverables
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years overall IT/HRIS experience
- 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience
- Hands‑on design and delivery of HCM solutions
- Lead complex integrations using HDL, REST/SOAP, OIC
- Architect BI Publisher and OTBI reporting
- Drive automation and continuous improvement
