About the role

Baker Tilly Advisory helps global clients navigate complex business challenges and drive financial performance. The FP&A Manager leads a high‑performing team to own planning, forecasting, variance analysis and scenario modeling across business segments, leveraging Excel, SQL and Power BI/Tableau to deliver insights and executive‑level presentations. Based in Bangalore, Karnataka, on‑site role with potential for relocation support.

What you’ll do

• Lead team delivering planning, forecasting and variance analysis
• Build and maintain scalable financial planning processes
• Develop and present executive‑level PowerPoint business reviews
• Extract, visualize and communicate financial trends using Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau
• Incorporate macroeconomic indicators into forecasting models
• Streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy and turnaround
• Collaborate with global leadership on financial strategy
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 6+ years progressive accounting leadership
• Advanced Excel modeling and macros
• SQL proficiency
• PowerPoint and Power Query expertise
• Workday or Adaptive experience preferred
• Strong communication and executive presence
• Proven change management track record
