The Senior Electronic Engineer leads hands‑on design, prototyping, and validation, ensuring cost, performance, safety, and quality across development to production ramp, while collaborating with design, program management, and quality teams. Based in Belagavi with a 4‑day onsite schedule, the role involves 50‑60% travel to manufacturing sites across India and occasional international trips.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field
• 3-6 years hands‑on electronic design experience
• Strong analog and digital circuit design skills
• Embedded systems and microcontroller expertise
• Proficiency in embedded software development
• Experience taking products from concept to high‑volume production
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issue closure
• Willingness to travel 50‑60% annually
