About the role
Integrated Product & Platform Marketing (IPPM) team at NetApp drives technical storytelling for NetApp solutions. The Senior Technical Marketing Engineer defines narratives, value propositions, and competitive stories for cloud storage and hybrid multi‑cloud control plane technologies, creating decks, briefs, demos, and webinars. Works onsite in Bangalore, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing to produce technical content and enablement assets.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years in technical marketing, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or developer relations
- Expert-level knowledge of public cloud storage, data management, or hybrid multi‑cloud control planes
- Proven ability to craft technical narratives, value proofs, and competitive positioning
- Excellent technical writing, storytelling, and public speaking skills
- Experience building and managing demos at scale
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled demo creation tools
- Hands‑on scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform)
- Strong collaboration and program management across cross‑functional teams
Nice to have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field
