Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

AI Apps BU in Workato's Product Engineering division drives AI-powered automation across enterprise customers. The Senior Technical Program Manager oversees governance for top enterprise accounts and early access product releases, managing program charters, OKRs, roadmaps, and cross‑team dependencies. Based in Hyderabad with an on‑site work model, the role coordinates architecture reviews, executive reporting, and continuous improvement of delivery standards.

What you’ll do

• Own program charter, OKRs, roadmap, and success metrics for AI Apps BU initiatives
• Establish governance frameworks including RAID logs, steering cadences, and escalation paths
• Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews and executive reporting
• Facilitate design review checkpoints with Architecture Board
• Produce executive dashboards, status reports, and decision briefs
• Coordinate program planning, sprint reviews, and dependency syncs across delivery pods
• Maintain alignment between product release calendar and delivery timelines
• Define and enforce delivery standards, quality gates, and release governance

What you’ll bring

• 10+ years technical program management experience
• Proven track record managing complex multi‑workstream programs
• Experience with enterprise software or iPaaS platforms
• Strong stakeholder management with director/VP level contacts
• Ability to define and enforce governance frameworks
• Familiarity with architecture review processes
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional engineering and product teams
• Comfort with Agile and structured delivery methodologies
