About the role

Engineering Excellence organization at Skyhigh Security builds and secures the cloud platform that enables developer labs and non‑production environments. The Senior Platform Security Engineer designs automated validation frameworks, authors security standards, and leads security champions to ensure continuous compliance across shared cloud resources. Bangalore, India, hybrid model with on‑site presence as needed, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Author and maintain technical security policies for non‑production cloud environments
• Design and operate automated compliance and drift‑detection frameworks
• Mobilize and guide local security champions across engineering teams
• Architect reusable security capabilities for shared cloud resources
• Monitor emerging threats and adapt security controls
• Act as liaison between engineering and central security teams

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years cloud security engineering
• Hands‑on experience securing AWS environments
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code expertise (Terraform, Ansible)
• Container security and GitOps pipelines
• Policy‑as‑Code tools (OPA, Kyverno)
• Stakeholder management and influencing without authority
