Mixologist

About the role

Raffles Hotels & Resorts seeks a Mixologist to uphold bar standards, prepare and serve drinks and snacks to guests, and create new cocktails tailored to guest preferences. The role involves up-selling food and beverage offers to maximize revenue while ensuring prompt, temperature-correct service. Based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, this full-time position requires a passion for entertaining guests and strong mixology expertise.

What you’ll do

• Ensure that the bar is set according to standards and procedures
• Prepare and serve drinks and snack orders according to service standard
• Ensure hot snacks and cold drinks are served promptly at the correct temperature to guests' tables
• Create new beverages and cocktails to suit guests' needs
• Up-sell and promote other food and beverage offers at every available opportunity to maximize sales revenue

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar position
